P&G Scientists Offer a Holiday Rap for Bounty

Challenging Procter & Gamble's staid public image, the company's Bounty brand is getting jiggy this holiday season.

In a sequel of sorts, Bounty's Paper Towel Gang yesterday released a catchy viral video showing the brand's scientists demonstrating the product's strength vs. an unnamed competitor. Though Bounty is able to absorb three gallons of water while holding pool balls, the rival cannot, leading the rapping, auto-tuned scientist to declare, "Bounty holds those pool balls like Atlas holds the world."

Bounty's crew first made the rounds in March when the scientists did a similar trick with 11 pool balls and a fishbowl. In a holiday twist, this time the duo is summoned to a snow globe factory that ran out of paper towels. Still not convinced? Well, did you know that you can use Bounty paper towels to make a straight jacket or a sumo wrestler's outfit?
