Photobucket will announce the launch tomorrow of a real-time video uploader.

The imaginatively named "Photobucket Video Uploader", which isn't yet live, will allow Windows users to instantly upload clips with no lag, trim and slice clips before upload and - most importantly - record directly from a webcam to Photobucket. The beta version goes live on Thursday, and will be available in the video upload section of Photobucket. You'll remember that YouTube did a similar thing by releasing QuickCapture, which made webcam uploads a breeze.

Photobucket also sent over some updated stats which show that its position in the video uploads market is often underestimated: with 45,000 daily video uploads, Photobucket claims to rank 3rd in the video sharing market behind YouTube and MySpace Video.
