Phreesia is a new, free system for doctors and patients to electronically store and enter health data, launching at DEMO today. This is a system for comprehensive information in order that patients & doctors have better conversations, and can better work from important information.
This is essentially a way to replace the clipboard, forge better communication between patients and doctors. The tool comes as an electronic clipboard of sorts. it's the same size as a clipboard, tough its probably a little heavier! Its for doctors' offices to collect things like family history, and all the other data that you fill in as a patient. Practices can customize the questions that appear on the questionnaire, and even select which information can and cannot be skipped. Phreesia also has a portal where sponsored and un-sponsored information is shared for users.
