Sure, you're probably accustomed to seeing the POV camera used for recording extreme sports (black-flipping off a canyon or ski flying in Norway). But in a recent YouTube video from ValentinaLisitsa, the camera is used to showcase one pianist's rapid finger movement in Beethoven's Sonata No. 17.
