Pixels is a new Facebook application that lets you create tiny images that aren't quite as tiny as a single pixel, but tiny nonetheless. These tiny pieces of art are then available for use from the entire Pixel community on Facebook, and the result is a montage wall made of the collective Pixels created by users. You can view them individually and leave comments as well. To create a Pixel, the basic image tool lets you draw, fill and erase with your typical pallet of colors. The detail isn't as fine as what you're accustomed to with the Paint application, but it's similar in function. All of the Pixels you've created show in your Pixel library. Clicking on another user's name will show the Pixels they've created as well. I'd love to be able to create my own Pixel montage wall from the art of all participating users.

The creator of this Pixels Facebook application also has a Flickr Photos application, which lets you see which of your Facebook friends are on Flickr, along with their photo stream. You can show your own photo stream as well, and any geo-tagging info you've added to your Flickr photo will be displayed in these shared photos.
