The 29-bedroom Playboy Mansion is up for sale and with it comes an 89-year-old roommate.

Hugh Hefner and Playboy Enterprises have listed the infamous estate -- replete with a home theater, swimming grotto and wine cellar -- for a reasonable $200 million.

The catch? The buyer must also agree to let Hef live there for the remainder of his life.

In a statement, Playboy CEO Scott Flanders says, "The Playboy Mansion has been a creative center for Hef as his residence and workplace for the past 40 years, as it will continue to be if the property is sold." He also explains that the sale would help the company "reinvest in the transformation of our business."

While becoming the owner of the world's most famous bachelor pad would earn you a ton of street cred from elderly horn-dogs and sex-crazed frat boys, the best part of the purchase is that it's one of the only private properties in Los Angeles with its own zoo license.

This means you can use the five acres of land as a home for Bunnies and bunnies alike.

So if you're looking for a spacious house and don't mind having a roommate who walks around in a bathrobe, be sure to snap up the mansion before someone else does.
