Pogoseat is an upcoming service that lets fans upgrade their tickets and move to prime vacant seats during live sporting events, even if it's mid-game.
It's a win-win scenario for game-goers and the venue: Fans get a better viewpoint, and the stadium increases its earnings by filling once-empty (therefore, not profitable) seats.
Fans can pull up a map of the stadium, and Pogoseat recommends the vacant seats with the best views. After choosing their desired seat, users input their payment details and are immediately able to move to the new location.
Pogoseat will be available soon for Blackberry, iOS and Android devices. Note that Pogocast is only available at participating venues, and you have to use the Pogoseat website to sign up and get started.
