As Vocativ pointed out, according to Pornhub statistics, "Mom Porn" appears to have played a mom-entous role (sorry) in the website’s most popular search terms of 2015.
Curious about this rising trend, we took a look at the top searches in the United States and worldwide from Pornhub's 2015 Year In Review. Let’s just say we hit the motherlode.
Whether users are searching for "mom," "MILF" or "step mom," it’s clear that people enjoy taking care of their personal business while checking out some good ol' Mom Porn.
As you can see, among several much more expected and -- let’s face it -- tired fantasies, such as "anal," "threesome" and of course, "cartoon," mom-related search terms prevailed worldwide.
Similarly, the top 10 searches in the United States show moms once again kicking butt. "Step mom" ended up being the top search term in the U.S., so there’s that.
Vocativ also noted that “step mom” searches were exceedingly higher in English-speaking countries, whereas the term “mom” was more popular within Russia and Mexico.
