Does the person who speaks loudest have all the answers? Probably not.

Introverts reluctantly get some time in the spotlight with a lecture from author Susan Cain. The RSA animated a talk from Cain, author of Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can’t Stop Talking, that uses the story of Apple as an example that extroverts might get all the attention, but that doesn't mean they always have the best ideas.
