How do you get President Obama to wear a tiara?
Here's one way to get that mission accomplished: Send in a bunch of girl scouts to do the job.

On Wednesday, chief official White House photographer Pete Souza posted an image on his Instagram account of Obama wearing a tiara and posing with a Girl Scout troop from Tulsa, Oklahoma. The photo dates from the annual White House Science Fair, held in May 2014, but it seemed appropriate for the holidays.

However, as ABC News points out, by donning the tiara, Obama broke one of his own presidential decrees, laid out when he declined to wear a Navy football team helmet in April: "Here’s the general rule: You don’t put stuff on your head if you’re president,” said Obama.
Still, we're quite sure the world would be a better place if more presidents could be talked into wearing silly head ornaments.
Putin, your move.
