LONDON -- So cute you could eat him up? Well, now you can. An amateur baker has made a massive, life-sized cake version of Prince George for a competition in Birmingham.

Lara Mason spent some 30 hours constructing the sponge likeness of William and Kate's first born son for Cake International in Birmingham, the BBC reports. The ever-so-slightly demonic creation stands just under 3 feet tall.

Mason won gold in previous years for her cake models of Jack Sparrow from Pirates of the Caribbean and Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games. This year, judges wanted to see what she could do on a smaller scale, she said, in particular the features of a face.

"I thought I'd do a child," she said. "He's the most famous child in the world and especially cute as well and very, very current."

George took a while to get to his finished state.

But the finished product won Gold at the show.
