It took almost no time for Prince to steal the spotlight at Sunday night's Grammys. And he didn't even perform.

The music god took the stage to present the Grammy for Album of the Year, an accolade that surprisingly went to Beck's Morning Phase.

But the real star of the moment was Prince in his tangerine glory. Here's what Twitter had to say about his short, but memorable presence:

They loved his clothes:

Prince is on stage looking like a baby carrot. I cannot. #GRAMMYs— Awesomely Luvvie (@Luvvie) February 9, 2015

"You bringing that bedazzled cane to another awards show Prince?" "I am." "Why?" "I'm still Prince. I gave you Purple Rain." #Grammys— Jon Acuff (@JonAcuff) February 9, 2015

Look. At. Prince. Just. Look. At. Prince. Yes, yes, and yes.— deray mckesson (@deray) February 9, 2015

And he blew viewers away with his reference to the #BlackLivesMatter movement.
