Jeff Pulver Resigns From PulverMedia

There's no word if the organization will be re-named to just plain 'Media', why the resignation took place, or any clues as to find out anything more in depth about it, but Jeff Pulver announced very succinctly on his personal blog today that he was [img src="http://sale-online.click/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/jeff-pulver1.png" caption="" credit="" alt="jeff-pulver1.png"]resigning his post as director of PulverMedia:

Just wanted to share the news that I have resigned as a director from PulverMedia. And I am not able to say anything else nor can I address any questions about this.

Jeff Pulver is probably best known for his contributions to the VoIP industry, as well as a number of Web 2.0 and video offerings we've covered here at Mashable like Innovid and PrimeTimeRewindTV.  Pulver, through PulverMedia, also founded both VON magazine and the VON conferences.

Om Malik, and others covering the VoIP space, noted the concerns of TICC Capitol Group over the financial state of PulverMedia when they invested $11 million in the company last summer. The concerns led to TICC seizing control of the company's bank acounts.
