A quick perusal of the #EverydaySexism hashtag is a reminder of the ways, big and small, in which women are marginalized in their everyday lives. Now, a new hashtag serving a similar purpose is cropping up: #QuestionsForMen.

Daily Life writer Clementine Ford posed the first "question" to her followers on Tuesday, referencing an accusation often lodged at women writers:

Question to the male writers/speakers etc out there. Is it common for you to be called an ‘attention seeker’? Or do just women get that?— Clementine Ford (@clementine_ford) February 3, 2015

The hashtag has prompted women to pose rhetorical questions meant to emphasize obvious -- and not-so-obvious -- instances of casual misogyny, whether it be at work, at home or elsewhere.
