When you buy a new iPhone, it comes preloaded with some great apps to get you started. But when one woman and her 13-year-old daughter started up their brand new iPhones, they saw something pre-loaded that wasn't so great: hardcore pornography.
Marcia Jones of DeKalb County, Ga., bought what she believed to be two new iPhone devices at her local RadioShack. It turns out she was buying a refurbished phone instead -- one, she alleges, that was filled was X-rated images graphic enough to send her daughter into counseling.
RadioShack offered to exchange the phones, but for Jones, that's not enough. She's suing both RadioShack and Sprint, the company who licensed the phone.
