Is This the Most Traumatizing Ragu Commercial Ever?

It's not every day that the Internet is buzzing about tomato sauce company Ragu, but the latest TV spot in its new "Long Day of Childhood" series is certainly worth discussing.

The commercial follows a young boy who walks into his parent's bedroom without knocking. After being traumatized by what he encounters, the boy is clearly in need of a good pick-me-up. And what's better after an advanced dose of sex ed than some Ragu?

"A long day of childhood calls for America's favorite pasta sauce," the tagline says.

The commercial -- which has already received about 1.5 million views in the first two weeks its been on YouTube -- is strange and awkward, but pretty hilarious at the same time. In essence, it's viral gold.

Other quirky commercials in Ragu's "Long Day of Childhood" campaign include one of a mother cleaning her child's face with spit and a girl questioning if her hamster was replaced with a new one. (See below.)
