YouTube user M&M selected all of Ramsay's totally nice, out-of-context moments to create a portrait of a decent, upstanding dude. Never mind the fact that in all of these angelic moments, he was about to screw somebody over big time.
So, if you're peeved about all of the good guys who died over the course of the series and the fact that Ramsay is somehow still alive, just sit back, watch and imagine that he's not such a bad guy after all.
