This week's Mashable Photo Challenge will provide you with some thirst-quenching, sweat-cooling images to help you relax. Now that the sticky days of summer are upon us, the intense heat and humidity make it almost impossible to sit comfortably.
Luckily, summer is also filled with fun ways to stay cool. Whether it's a refreshing drink, icy-cool scoops of sorbet, a large tree that provides shade or a 300-foot Slip 'n Slide, show us how you're beating the heat this season.
We want to see photos of crystal-clear water splashing, ice bars, slushies and bed fans -- basically, anything that looks and feels refreshing.
Follow the directions, below, to submit your photos by Sunday, July 13 at 8 p.m. ET. Our favorite submissions will be featured on our Instagram account and in a follow-up post.
