Everyone loves the Little Miss meme, including the team here at Mashable. In fact, we love it so much, we made something almost identical to it in 2014. Thanks to some file wrangling and digital archeology, we're proud to re-present our collection of Little Miss and Mr. Men characters for millennials. Please enjoy looking at these as much as we think we enjoyed making them (it was a long time ago and our memories are hazy!). — Ed.

The Mr. Men and Little Miss children's book series, created by Roger Hargreaves, includes more than 90 illustrated stories about simple blob characters defined by one adjective. Mr. Happy was always happy, Little Miss Brainy was hyper-intelligent.

The books helped children of the millennial generation easily understand their feelings and emotions and how those affected the lives of others. So why not use the same method as the group ages?

You're probably thinking, "Because we are adults and don't need illustrated children's books to understand ourselves anymore." We understand that. We get it. Solid point.

Regardless, we've created a few titles in the Hargreaves style that would help us, as members of Generation Y, understand the people and ideas around us.
