CollegeHumor may be ready to move out of IAC and make some real money, according to a report.

Fortune reports that IAC, which bought the humor site for a reported $20 million back in 2006, is shopping it around for around $100 million.

CollegeHumor representatives could not be reached for comment.

The report comes after Funny or Die and The Onion have also been shopping for buyers, according to news reports.

College Humor, which was created in 1999 by Josh Abramson and Ricky Van Veen, two high school friends from Baltimore, Maryland gets about 20.7 million unique visitors a month, according to Quantcast.
