If you need a better reminder to check your breasts for lumps, there's an app that will keep that thought lingering in your mind for a lot longer than those paper brochures at the doctor's office.

Toronto-based charity, Rethink Breast Cancer, released an update to its app that uses hunky men, often shirtless, to remind women to perform regular self breast examinations (the update is that there are "more hot guys" on the app).

The bare-chested men tell ladies to show themselves some TLC -- touch, look, check. You can schedule weekly or monthly reminders on the app. Another fun feature -- you can send man-o-grams to your friends reminding them to check their breasts.

The app's not just all beauty no brains -- Your Man Reminder App gives tips on how to reduce your risk of breast cancer and lets you use scheduling tools to make doctor appointments.

The Rethink Breast Cancer charity says they wanted an app that would be fun and engaging for women.

When the app first came out about a year ago, it made waves in part because of the sexy commercial that promoted it. The latest video is similar, featuring shirtless dudes in a doctor's office encouraging you to do a self-exam.

The app is available for free on Android and iOS [iTunes] devices.

Yes, this app is pretty silly, but do you think it can help women remember to do self-exams? Tell us in the comments.
