Update: we have heard from Revver that the CEO, Steven Starr is not leaving the company, but is now Chairman of the Board.

Revver, the video-sharing site, is going through another executive shakeup with the resignation of its CEO Steven Starr.

As Revver had lost portions of its staff around December of last year, including two of its three co-founders, Ian Clarke and Oliver Luckett, along with some of the support staff, speculation regarding the site's well being is only being fueled by the rumored departure of Starr, and could very well signal trouble for the video-sharing site.

Will it be able to sustain its revenue-sharing model if it continues to lack in traffic? With the acquisition of YouTube by Google and the recent inclusion of ad-sharing revenue models, this year has proven even more difficult for video-sharing sites to compete with YouTube. Guba is another video-sharing site that has seen some execs leave, in this case to start their own video-sharing site.
