Intent MediaWorks, which provides technology for distributing licensed digital media content and advertising, is announcing a partnership today with Revver.

With this deal, Intent and Revver have agreed to exchange and distribute each other's video content, enabling both companies to expand their distribution platforms and monetization efforts. This will make Revver the first online video company to distribute user-generated content on Intent's digital platform which includes P2P networks - in short, using Revver's ad system to make money via P2P. This is important as P2P networks are generally difficult to monetize for the content owner's benefit. And as Revver is probably the most successful in setting up a revenue-sharing model for video content owners, it's among the best options for Intent to distribute its licensed music videos. Artists licensed by Intent include 50 Cent, whose video “Funeral Music" is already on Revver.
