LONDON -- March 8 may be International Women's Day, but -- if Twitter's anything to go by -- it's also a day where certain men like to club together and moan about being hard done by and stuff.

Every year, nestled among the inspirational quotes and images, are hoards of tweets like this one.

#InternationalWomensDay Wondering why there isn't a international men's day.— Angry Lion (@angryli0n) March 9, 2015

This year, Ricky Gervais took to Twitter to put people straight.

It's #InternationalWomensDay. Don't embarrass yourself by asking why there's no international men's day. There is. Nov 19th. You're welcome.— Ricky Gervais (@rickygervais) March 8, 2016

He's not the only one saying it, either.

Happy "But Why Isn't There An International MEN'S Day?!" (there actually is) Day! #InternationalWomensDay— Gina (@Sprachstudentin) March 8, 2016

Hello, you rhetorical bastards asking "why isn't there a day for men?" - I hope you enjoy next November 19th. Happy #InternationalWomensDay!— summmmer (@twincitykisses) March 8, 2016

All in all, this person may have put it best.

When someone asks "Why Isn't there a men's day?" UM EVERY DAY HAS BEEN MENS DAY #InternationalWomensDay— Kellie Anderson (@palejacket) March 8, 2016
