Miranda July wants to be friends with Rihanna, just like all of us

Most people are certain that they would become best friends with Rihanna if they got to hang out with her for a couple hours, and Miranda July got to live the dream.

The filmmaker and author profiled RiRi for T Magazine, and the singer ended up Googling "phobia of a big vagina" during the interview, which is somehow the most logical conclusion of a Rihanna and Miranda July interaction.

The far-reaching discussion over a couple glasses of white wine covers researching what happens to a woman's body during childbirth, fashion, race and being too busy to coddle a boyfriend.

"Guys need attention," Rihanna told July. "They need that nourishment, that little stroke of the ego that gets them by every now and then. I’ll give it to my family, I’ll give it to my work — but I will not give it to a man right now."

Rihanna then admitted to July that she still can't find a man who isn't intimidated by her.

Rihanna is very chill when a man tries to sneak a selfie with her, throwing up a peace sign, and July leaves the experience feeling like they were, "the most in love any two people had ever been." This is also definitely how you'll feel when you get the chance to have lunch with Rihanna.
