LOS ANGELES -- Robin Williams had no alcohol or illegal drugs when he hanged himself this summer, according to a final report from the Marin County coroner.

Williams had struggled with addiction his entire adult life, but was sober when he committed suicide on Aug. 11. The final report, which included toxicology results, was released Friday (below). It revealed only therapeutic prescription medications and caffeine in his system.

Upon his death, Williams' publicist said he had been battling severe depression; his wife later revealed that he had recently been diagnosed with Parkinson's, which was in its early stages.

Citing further details from coroner's documents not publicly released on Friday, TMZ said Williams had also been struggling with paranoia -- he'd apparently given a sock-full of wristwatches to someone for safekeeping the night before -- and had been looking up various prescription drugs for seizures and tremors on his iPad.
