Mitt Romney's loss in the presidential election this week has raised questions about the future of the Republican party and what comes next in Romney's career, but there was also a more fundamental question: How would Romney, a Mormon whose religion prohibits him from drinking alcohol or caffeine, drown his sorrows after such a public defeat?
The answer, according to Saturday Night Live, is by binging on milk.
In the clip above from last night's episode, Romney stands outside on a balcony chugging carton after carton of milk to cope with his loss while a post-election party is taking place inside. Every time he starts to drink, a member of his family comes out to console him and he quickly ditches the cartons. One of Romney's sons gets suspicious and asks, "Have you been drinking? You smell like a dairy."
