LONDON -- By some strange twist of irony, Ronnie Pickering -- a.k.a. the furious motorist who went viral Monday for repeatedly screaming "Do you know who I am?" at a confused motorbike rider who definitely didn't know who he was -- may now be one of the most famous names in Britain.
The Internet has embraced Pickering's gruff bellowing the only way the Internet knows how: by launching into an all-out frenzy of memes, mashups and puns.
But first things first: to recap, it's probably worth re-watching this part of YouTube user Steve Midz's video series one more time (as it's pretty much the basis for most of the ensuing jokes and mashups).
After Midz's video went viral Monday morning, it wasn't long before the name Ronnie Pickering was trending on Twitter, and journalists across the UK were doing their best to track him down (the Daily Mail even did an impressively forensic examination of Pickering's garden after finding out where he lived).
