North Korea parade commentary strangely fits over footage of British royal family

As long as North Korea is staging massive military parades, western nations will scrutinise the action from afar. What they rarely acknowledge is that we have occasional goose-stepping and shows of strength ourselves from time to time.

A YouTuber, called John Smith, has turned the tables on the UK and mashed up some BBC audio coverage from North Korea with a very British set of visuals.

In the clip above, the BBC's Steve Evans is heard discussing the pomp and circumstance of a public gathering in North Korea while a British scene plays out on the screen. "It was a birthday celebration but it felt more like a cult meeting in adoration of the leader," he says as the Queen looks on.
