Here's one from Valleywag's rumor mill: supposedly Microsoft is negotiating a $50 million dollar buyout with Ustream.TV. Valleywag's source says that Microsoft sees Ustream.TV as a great platform to promote Silverlight, which makes sense. Our bet, though, is that Microsoft wants Ustream.TV now that they've won over James Blunt. Yes, that has to be it.
