A shocking video showing a driver in Russia running over an elderly man after a short dispute has surfaced on YouTube.
In the video above, taken from a dashboard cam of a third vehicle, an elderly man steps out of his car, a green Nissan Almera, and says something to a person in a white BMW 116 behind him. That person reacts by running over the man before he had a chance to enter his car. The driver then he stops, gets out of his car (apparently checking it for damage) and drives away.
According to RT, which has confirmed with the local police that the video is real, the incident takes place in Moscow. The date stamp on the video shows that the incident took place on July 14, at 7:54 p.m. local time. Bystanders who witnessed the event rushed over to aid the injured man, who was taken to hospital, according to RT.
RT also claims the man who recorded the video has turned it over to the authorities, and the BMW driver has been identified and is considered a fugitive.
