Russian Rocket Launches, Then Crashes Within Seconds

An unmanned Russian rocket launched from Kazakhstan on Tuesday and crashed shortly after its liftoff. There are no reported injuries from the fire or resulting explosion, though Kazakh officials say they will clear the area to protect people from lingering toxic chemicals.
