Do.com Adds Real-Time Integration With Dropbox and Wufoo

If you're like most connected businesses today, you're using tons of cloud-based productivity apps like Google Drive and Dropbox. The problem: A single task typically uses many of them, and your staff is constantly switching between (and perhaps overlooking) key parts of the task. The solution: Do.com, a Salesforce product that organizes your workflow by task, not by service.

Of course, Do is only as good as how many of those services it integrates, and today it's expanding its reach to some key online players. You can now tie Dropbox, Wufoo (online forms), Contactually (contacts), Harvest (time tracking) and Salesforce's Desk (customer support) into your Do tasks, called the "Do More" ecosystem. The integration is real-time, the company says -- if you, say, add or remove a file in Dropbox, the user will see it in Do.

That kind of integration is Do's special sauce, since any project management software can include links to files stored in the cloud. With Do, the connections to third-party services are fully integrated. Filled-out forms in Wufoo, for example, will automatically become contacts in Do. (A screencap of how Harvest integrates is below.)

Do is aimed at small businesses and smaller groups within businesses. An individual account is free, but if you want to collaborate it costs $15 a month for three people, $50 for 10, and $100 for 25. The company says "nearly" 100,000 businesses have signed up for Do so far. The service has native apps for iPhone and Android and an HTML5 app for iPad. (Do says it's working on a native app for iPad as well.)

Are you impressed by the Do More ecosystem? How do you, uh, Do? Share your thoughts in the comments.
