Thousands of Christmas fans around the world will celebrating SantaCon this weekend.

The event is a seasonal bar crawl in which grown men and women parade through city streets dressed like old Saint Nick and Mrs. Claus. Like Halloween, many participants use the occasion as an excuse to wear costumes and act a fool.

While some bars welcome the rise in customers that come with the festivities, numerous businesses dread the gathering, placing signs in their windows forbidding drunken Santas from entering.
