LONDON – Lip-syncing is one of those things that can very easily go wrong, as former Girl's Aloud singer Sarah Harding discovered when she performed on ITV show Lorraine Friday morning.

Harding gave a rendition of her new single "Threads" on the ITV1 breakfast show, and it wasn't long before people were sharing what they thought on Twitter.

Shame #SarahHarding performance on #Lorraine was awful. I quite like her but lip syncing was so obvious. Always sing live or don't perform.— Libby Holden (@libby_holden) August 7, 2015

Sarah Harding on #Lorraine was lip syncing so horrendously badly I felt the need to tweet. Mouth moving, no sound/mouth not moving, sound — Emma Fraser (@MissEmmaRebecca) August 7, 2015

Sarah Harding's performance on Lorraine was embarrassing to watch Can't help but feel sorry for her.— Bonny (@bonnyroseanne) August 7, 2015

A lot of people pointed out that Harding was often quite a long way away from the mic when she was singing.

Others said her mouth wasn't moving in time to the words.
