The Terminator got taken down by Melbourne police on Monday.

The seemingly-indestructible actor Arnold Schwarzenegger got caught when he was pulled over by police in the Australian city for not wearing a helmet.

In Melbourne it is illegal to not wear a helmet while riding a bicycle with offenders fined A$146. Schwarzenegger managed to charm his way out of such a fine, with police instructing him to buy a helmet from the nearby convenience store.

"I saw a group of cyclists riding ahead of me and we just went up to do a routine intercept," Senior Constable Robert Gillson told Fairfax Media. "Then we noticed that Arnold Schwarzenegger was in the crowd. We spoke to him briefly and had a little chat with him about the reason why I pulled him over."

An eagle-eyed local took a photo of the former governor of California and posted it to Reddit. Schwarzenegger was in town for the annual Arnold Body Building Classic over the weekend.
