If you'd much rather be watching Australia and New Zealand battle for Trans-Tasman glory than double-checking your work's accounts, then we have a solution.

Cricket Australia have created a live, constantly updating scoreboard that looks like a regular ol' Excel sheet so you can lull your boss into thinking you're being productive. Legends.

In this day and age, with managers are being that much more skeptical of their employees, it can be hard to stay up to date with the things that matter.

Cricket Australia's attempt to help you go incognito may still raise a red flag when your boss gets the monthly internet usage report, but at least when they walk past your cubicle you can easily dodge a few bullets.

According to some Twitter users, bosses may be catching on to the tool, with the tweet below being posted in early October.

"You have a spreadsheet open, Nielsen? You must be following the cricket on #BossMode. You're fired!" pic.twitter.com/H3kxtivafd— Erik Nielsen (@ErikNielsen2759) October 8, 2015

Whether you're an early adopter of this vital innovation or a newcomer, there's no doubt in the fact that this tool could save your career. Use it wisely, cricket tragics.
