It has to be pretty difficult to come up with decent gift for someone like Jimmy Fallon, who just turned 40 on Friday. For the wildly successful host of The Tonight Show, you have to think outside the box.
The nearly naked duo of Seth Rogen and James Franco definitely fit the bill.
Clearly shocked by his gift, Fallon cracked up, as a police-hat-wearing Franco gyrated while shouting "You're under arrest!"

Rogen quickly said they were not the real surprise, at which point Stevie Wonder came on stage, singing "Happy Birthday."
