We first met Azalina Eusope back in June, when she had locked down a space for both a commissary and a brick-and-mortar space in Twitter's San Francisco headquarters after a two-year hunt for the locations. Since then, it's been a whirlwind for this entrepreneur, who's been setting up her kitchen and new restaurant while also maintaining her successful food truck, catering business and line of sauces at Whole Foods.

"I learned so much about myself these last six months," says Azalina, whom we've watched talk with contractors, interview potential hires and whip up batches of scrumptious Malaysian food in the wee hours of the morning. A fifth-generation Malaysian street food vendor, she's put in long hours and blood, sweat and tears to pull herself out of poverty and build her company.

Today, we see her open her 15,000-square foot kitchen and realize how far she's come since the early days, when she cooked in the small oven in her San Francisco apartment. Today, she has the capabilities to cater a 1,000-person lunch at Airbnb, and she's looking forward to opening the doors of her first restaurant come January. Watch the video above to see her bright, brand new kitchen in action.
