Mr. Boombastic found a fantastic, enthusiastic impressionist on Thursday night's Tonight Show.
The show's announcer Steve Higgins proved just how good his impression of the reggae fusion musician known as Shaggy really is. Jimmy Fallon announced that Higgins would be having a "Shaggy Off," in which he'd attempt his best impression against another great Shaggy impersonator.
