Japan's electronic maker Sharp has agreed to pay $198.5 million to Dell and two other companies to settle a TFT-related lawsuit, Reuters reports.
The other two companies are unnamed, and the exact nature of the settlement is unclear at the moment, but the case could be related to a lawsuit dating from 2009, when Nokia and AT&T sued Samsung Electronics, LG Display, Sharp, Hitachi, and Chunghwa Picture Tubes for price fixing.
