There is no question that NBC anchor Brian Williams misremembered his time in Iraq. He's admitted to it, apologized in print and on air and is now taking some time away from the anchor desk to recollect himself.
There is, however, a growing possibility that the long-time anchor may lose his seat for good. For some, this is vindication. For others, a potentially sad and unwarranted end to a stellar career (at least the anchoring part). Opinion on Williams' fate seems split.
