Original image replaced with Mashable logo Minimalist tattoos aren't a new trend but Berlin-based tattoo artist Mo Ganji has created beautiful black-and-white ones with a difference - using a single continuous line. [seealso url="http://sale-online.click/2015/09/14/subtle-tattoos/"] The result is a bold and interesting tattoo that lends graphic complexity to an otherwise clean design. Take a look for yourself:

Ganji says he initially taught himself how to tattoo on the "back of a carpet" when he got his first tattoo machine in 2014. "I practised two days on the back of a carpet and on [the following Wednesday], around 2 p.m. I tattooed one of my best friends. He said: 'I don't care if you mess it up. I want the first one.' "I was so nervous but after my first line I knew that it was meant to be." However, Ganji says the idea of a continuous line tattoo was the result of an experiment that a customer preferred to a more traditional tattoo. It all took off from there: "I'm always experimenting when it comes to painting and drawing. I did a sketch of a three-headed buck with a single line and a customer liked it so much and got it tattooed instead of a traditional buck. He came back several times, and he brought his friends with him." "My first designs were very wild. They became more and more technical and clearer. And I don't think that this is the end. Like a lot of other artists I'm after the 'perfect' piece." Original image replaced with Mashable logo Check out more of the awesome designs on his website. [wp_scm_comment]
