If you're a professional snake catcher, you have to assume finding reptiles in all kinds of nooks and crannies is part of the job. But perhaps not in your own car. And not on the way to work.

Snake Catchers Adelaide posted a Facebook video of founder Rolly Burrell and a colleague driving when they spot a snake hanging out in their vehicle. Burrell remains extraordinarily chill about the situation, grabbing what they say is a poisonous red belly snake by the tail and lifting it from the car. His colleague even takes a call mid-excitement.

While the snake catchers aren't sure where the fugitive came from in the clip, Facebook user Emma Sharkey questioned whether the snake was one the company had picked up from her place in the days prior. It was, they confirmed. As it turns out, Burrell did not tie the bag tight enough. Just an honest, terrifying mistake.
