After being "blown away" at the response from Snapchatters at Electric Daisy Carnival, Lollapalooza and other music festivals to the "Our Story" feature, which pools photos and videos from live events into one feed, the photo messaging application announced Friday that it has expanded the product.

Now all Snapchatters, not just attendees at pre-determined events, can use Our Story.

"You’ll notice today that there’s a new 'Live' section beneath your Recent Updates," according to the Snapchat blog. "That’s where you’ll be able to experience Stories contributed by the Snapchat community at all sorts of events. It’s a great way to check out what’s happening around the world."

The blog post also noted that Our Story is the app maker's "favorite new product" and described it as "truly a product of the Snapchat community." Snapchat does not disclose how the events will be selected. It's also unclear if that selection process will churn out revenue for the popular app.

Snapchat was valued at $10 billion in its latest investment round.

"We were absolutely blown away when Snapchatters contributed over 350 hours of Snaps to Our Story during EDC, Rio, Outside Lands, and Lollapalooza," the company said.
