Mashable and the Social Good Summit Partners, United Nations Foundation, the United Nations Development Programme and the 92nd Street Y, will again come together to host the 2016 Social Good Summit on Sept. 18-19.

At last year’s United Nations General Assembly, we saw the adoption of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that aim to achieve major change by the year 2030. Mashable, together with our partners, will continue the tradition of highlighting how we will work together using new resources and leveraging technology to take steps toward achieving these goals. Inspired by this year's theme -- Connecting Today. Creating Tomorrow. -- world leaders, entrepreneurs and activists will gather at New York City’s 92nd Street Y to discuss how we can overcome challenges in sustainability, transparency, equality and more.
