For our newest, unluckiest members of the workforce, Lamarr Wilson suggests giving customer service a shot. Really.
"Dealing with people is a valuable skill. I think everybody should be required to do some kind of customer service job," he says. "Low end, high end, it don't matter. You might get kicked in your end, but in the end you will be better."
