SoftBank, a mobile phone and Internet service provider in Japan, may be looking to increase their stake in the Chinese Internet market. According to a report by the Associated Press, SoftBank already has a 14% stake in Oak Pacific Interactive, owners of the very-very-Facebook-like, Xiaonei.
