Sony also will also adorn the Tablet S and Tablet P with a couple of "unique" extras on top of ICS, though the company wasn't ready to disclose any details.

Sony's tablets are already quite unique compared to the rest of the Android tablet market. The Tablet P is a tiny tablet with a foldable design, two 5.5-inch screens, NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU, Wi-Fi/3G and 4 GB of storage. The Tablet S is a 9.4-inch slate, thicker on one end and sporting a NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU, Wi-Fi/3G connectivity and 16 GB or 32 GB of storage.

Other smartphone manufacturers, including Motorola, Samsung and HTC, have either upgraded their devices to ICS or promised an upgrade in the near future.
