Ahead of releasing his first solo album in six years on Sept. 18, Chris Cornell has debuted "Nearly Forgot My Broken Heart."
The single and its lyric video (above) is our first taste of the Soundgarden frontman's fourth studio album, Higher Truth, which is available to pre-order. The video follows a bullet or rocket's journey toward heartbreak, slickly edited over the emotional lyrics.
Cornell will take the album on an acoustic tour in the United States starting Sept. 17.
